Returns & Refunds
Returns & Refunds
At Heart & Bloom, we truly hope every box brings joy, connection, and meaningful learning into your home. Since our kits include carefully packed activity materials, printed resources, and handcrafted elements, we maintain a thoughtful returns policy to ensure quality and safety for every family.
Returns
We currently accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong product
- Important items are missing from the box
To request a return, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at: support@heartandbloom.in
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- A brief description of the concern
Our team will review the request and respond within 2–4 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for:
- Opened or used kits
- Minor packaging damage caused during transit that does not affect the product
- Preference-based returns (“my child lost interest”, “ordered by mistake”, etc.)
- Digital/downloadable resources (if applicable)
This helps us maintain hygiene, quality, and fairness for all customers.
Refunds
If your return request is approved:
- A replacement may be offered first, wherever possible.
- If a replacement is not possible, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at: support@heartandbloom.in
Damaged Packages
If the outer package appears heavily damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend recording an unboxing video while opening the package. This helps us resolve issues faster in case of transit damage or missing items.
Important Note
Each Heart & Bloom box is carefully assembled, packed, and quality-checked with utmost care. Slight variations in handcrafted or printed elements may naturally occur and are not considered defects.
